The two columns form the base for the Two-Column Full Body system. Modules are attached to the front at different height levels for workouts and then stored on the side when not in use. Storage modules are available for accessories, Olympic or standard bars and weight plates.
The columns form the base on which all modules are attached. They can be mounted against walls or to the floor.

Upper Body Arms are primarily used in conjunction with the Multi-bar for kipping and strict pull-ups or to attach suspension straps, gym rings and resistance bands when in the top position. The Multi-bar can be attached in the top or lower posisition on the upper Body Arms. When the arms are lowered to the bottom they can be used for triceps dips, push-ups and several core and leg exercises.

The Upper Body Arms are used two at a time. There are two settings for the multi-bar to do pull-ups. When used in a three-column set up the upper and lower setting can be used to enable pull-ups between the first two and last two columns.
The upper body arm works in sets of 2. Its purpose is to hold the 32mm pull up bar. The catch and latch system makes it easy to fasten and loosen the multi-bar to adjust the upper body arm to the desired height on the column. It has to tear drop slots for the multi-bar to enable the user to set up a multple station system at different heights for short and tall users.
The upper body arms and bar (top) has two levels for pull ups. Great for pull ups, attaching gym rings or suspension straps and rubber loops. Kipping as well as standard pull ups can be executed. If you’re not strong enough to do a pull up you can lower the arms so that your feet are on the floor and then do an assisted pull up. As you lower the arms further you can do push ups at various angles until almost horizontal with the floor. Rubber loops can also be attached and used at the different heights.
As the bar is lowered push ups at different angles are also possible.
When the arms and bar are closer to the lowest level you can also do tricep dips. By lying on the ground and placing your feet on the bar pelvic thrusts are easy to complete.
The Multi-bar is securely held in place with a safety clip on both Upper Body Arms. The multi-bar can also be used for several exercises on its own or in conjunction with resistance bands, gym rings and suspension straps.
The multi-bar is used with the upper body arm and lower body and spotting arm. It is mounted in the tear drop catch and latch slots of these products. It can also be used on its own for stomach, stretch and light weight bar exercises.

The Lower Body Arm is a multi-purpose module that can be used for several upper and lower body workouts.
When used without attachments they are suited for use as spotting arms when doing bench presses or squats. The arms are rated to hold 700kg.
Attach the Box Jump to do step and box jump workouts. Sitting on the module also enable leg raises and several other core exercises. It can also be used for calf raise workouts when standing on the edge.
When using the Multi-Bar several exercises are possible at the different heights as the bar is raised. When in the top position you'll be able to do strict pull-ups and attach suspension straps and gym rings.
The lower body and spotting arm work in pairs of 2.
The lower body / spotting arms can be used to support bars and weights for squats when positioned higher, or for bench presses when positioned lower. There is also provision made for the multi-purpose pull up bar to be used for tricep, push-up and various stomach exercises. The lower body arms can support up to 700kg.
The catch and latch tear drop allows for the inserting of a multi-bar or a box jump and stepper which exponentially increases the exercise possibilities. Lined with black plastic to protect your barbell.
The box jump and multi-bar (used for pull ups) attachments can be attached to the lower body arms.
The Box Jump module can be used for box jumps, as a step and platform for calf raises. You can also sit on the platform and perform various core exercises by extending your legs. The Box Jump is tightly secured when using.
The box jump and stepper slots into the lower body and spotting arms. The pin on the side slides into a pre-cut slot in the left hand to ensure that it does not rotate.
The unit attaches to the side of the column with a hole into which the Box jump is inserted to store in an upright position.
This holder is intended to hold the box jump and stepper next to the wall mount column to ensure that your gym is kept neat and looks professional.
The J-Cup is used for resting the bar and weights when doing squats. Position at the correct height before resting the bars and weights. Two are required, sold as singles.
The j-cup bracket work in pairs of 2. It is very strong and can carry up to 700kg as a pair. It is designed to hold a barbell. Lined with black plastic to protect your barbell.
A collection of modules that only require one column to use.
The most versatile One Column module that can be used for a wide range of bodyweight workouts. When in the top position on the column it is ideal for pull-ups and leg raises. When in the middle, for dips and leg raises. When at the bottom for triceps dips, push-ups and several leg exercises. Resistance bands can also be attached to further increase exercise options. The two Crunch Bars can also be removed and used on their own or with resistance bands for even more exercises.
The boxing bag arm is used to attach a boxing bag.
The Plus Bar Standard can be adjusted up and down the column and is made for use with resistance bands. Use in a single or double use. Applications include using with the Crunch Bars or Multi-Bar with resistance bands for biceps curls or standing tricep extensions and similar. The Plus Bar and resistance bands can also be used when doing pull-ups and squats.
All accessories can be stored using custom made modules. From Olympic bars and weight plates to resistance bands, skipping ropes and exercise mats.
This bar holder is intended to hold a 50mm olympic bar, a 32mm multi-bar bar and two 32mm crunch bars next to the wall mount column. Neat and safe.
