The 2K Fitness Facility provides an all round platform to exercise all muscle groups. By adjusting the height of the equipment you're not only able to position the module at the correct height but are also able to extend your workouts. If you're looking for a great all round piece of gym equipment then this is the right choice for you. In the images you will see a small sample of all that's possible with this workout system.
The upper body arms and bar (top) has two levels for pull ups. Great for pull ups, attaching gym rings or suspension straps and rubber loops. Kipping as well as standard pull ups can be executed. If you’re not strong enough to do a pull up you can lower the arms so that your feet are on the floor and then do an assisted pull up. As you lower the arms further you can do push ups at various angles until almost horizontal with the floor. Rubber loops can also be attached and used at the different heights.
As the bar is lowered push ups at different angles are also possible.
When the arms and bar are closer to the lowest level you can also do tricep dips. By lying on the ground and placing your feet on the bar pelvic thrusts are easy to complete.
The accessory holder is a neat and easy way to store your training accessories such as: Rubber loops, jump ropes, suspension straps etc.
Rubber loops or tubes are attached using the plus bars. These can be adjusted up and down the columns and are held in place with a specially designed stopper bracket to ensure they don’t detach while working out. By adjusting their position rubber loops can be used from all positions. The plus bar can be attached to the same or either of the columns and then used singly or together.
Easily workout all muscle groups with just the loops. Attach on either column to do standing chest press or shoulders. Lunge against the loop resistance while doing a bicep curl and similar more complex workouts. There is a limitless range of workouts that can be performed.
The XL is double the length of the standard Plus Bar, thereby unlocking a few more exercise options.
