This rig is a monster and is guaranteed to satisfy the need the fittest of the fit. This is a fully equipped commercial gym set up for a full body work out packed into one rig. Not for the faint of heart.

Included modules

Upper Body Arms - pull ups, chest, shoulder, triceps

The upper body arms and bar (top) has two levels for pull ups. Great for pull ups, attaching gym rings or suspension straps and rubber loops. Kipping as well as standard pull ups can be executed. If you’re not strong enough to do a pull up you can lower the arms so that your feet are on the floor and then do an assisted pull up. As you lower the arms further you can do push ups at various angles until almost horizontal with the floor. Rubber loops can also be attached and used at the different heights.

As the bar is lowered push ups at different angles are also possible.

When the arms and bar are closer to the lowest level you can also do tricep dips. By lying on the ground and placing your feet on the bar pelvic thrusts are easy to complete.

Lower Body / Spotting Arms

The lower body / spotting arms can be used to support bars and weights for squats when positioned higher, or for bench presses when positioned lower. There is also provision made for the multi-purpose pull up bar to be used for tricep, push-up and various stomach exercises. The lower body arms can support up to 700kg.

The box jump attachment is attached to the lower body arms.

Dip Stand / Leg Raise Grip / Tricep Stand

The dip stand allows for standard dips when about half way up the column. When adjusted to the top, pull ups can easily be executed and, when at the base of the column, triceps can be exercised. During any of those workouts rubber loops can be introduced to make the exercise more challenging.

The crunch bars used in the dip stand can be removed and used to do bicep curls, shoulders and several other exercises.

Plus Bar - Rubber loops, landmine and rope attachment

Rubber loops or tubes are attached using the plus bars. These can be adjusted up and down the columns and are held in place with a specially designed stopper bracket to ensure they don’t detach while working out. By adjusting their position rubber loops can be used from all positions. The plus bar can be attached to the same or either of the columns and then used singly or together.

Easily workout all muscle groups with just the loops. Attach on either column to do standing chest press or shoulders. Lunge against the loop resistance while doing a bicep curl and similar more complex workouts. There is a limitless range of workouts that can be performed.

Accessory Holder

The accessory holder is a neat and easy way to store your training accessories such as: Rubber loops, jump ropes, suspension straps etc.

Weight Plate Holder

Store weight plates, standard and Olympic, on the weight plate holder.

4 Bar Holder

Store up to 4 bars in the storage unit. 3 Crunch bars, as per those used in the dip stand, and one Olympic bar.
