Returns and Refunds

All requests for returns and refunds are managed on a per case basis.

Conditions

1. Items to be returned in the original packaging.
2. Items not in the original packaging will be assessed and a handling fee might be charged.
3. Returns / Refunds / Exchanges must be applied for within 7 days of receipt.
4. The cost of returning the item to Cactic Fitness is at the cost of the customer.
5. Refunds cannot be claimed against delivery fees.
6. Include invoice / image of invoice / date of purchase.
